Inspired by the DROPS Campaign we have developed a 20 to 30 minute program to highlight the many aspects of safety awareness needed to maintain a safe working environment offshore.
We have developed a Safety Awareness Module purpose built for everyone working on Jackups, Semis, Drill Ships and Platforms.
What is the Module?
Using the latest animation technology we have brought Pixar quality 3D safety awareness programs to the Offshore Oil Industry.
For the first time language-free easy to watch programs are available to the many different cultures working in the Oil Field from all over the world.
Everyone who watches the non-stop 3D action can understand the safety messages instantly.
Our approach to safety awareness is light hearted, yet each module is loaded with common sense situations built up over 30 years of oil field experience.
Tools at Height
The 3D animated film takes place on a working rig and a series of incidents occur building to a major incident.
The job is stopped, re-assessed and safer methods are put in place to complete the work in the derrick.
From start to finish the whole film supports and re-enforces formal safety training. People enjoying it will recognise Job Safety Analysis, Risk Management, Tool Box Planning and Management of Changed Circumstances being applied.
Our Offer
For the last 10 years the DROPS Campaign has been working to save lives. Supplying guide lines, training, encouraging formal procedures to be put in place. Constantly helping to raise the awareness of the danger associated with dropped objects.
In recognition we are offering the DROPS sponsors and member companies the "Tools at Height" module for a discounted price of $2500US per rig or facility.The licence is a once only payment and is registered to the facility.
Which works out at $0.005 cents(1/2 a cent) per hour worked over 12 months per person for an average rigs manning levels.
As an extra bonus we will render the Rig or Facilities Name and Company into the film to protect their investment.
Corporate and Fleet discounts for DROPS members may be negotiated on volume Licence agreements. Based on total hours worked across facilities.
